Maintenance Office Administrator

We are currently seeking a Maintenance Office Administrator with multi-tasking expertise to join our team!

Galvin Flying Maintenance Office Administrator is responsible for the support of our maintenance division to include, but not limited to customer billing, customer service duties, parts inventory, parts ordering, parts shipping and receiving, accounts payable functions, accounts receivable functions, general facility care, and comprehensive administrative assistance for mechanics and manager.

This position is non-exempt, part-time with an hourly range of $21.50 – $27.56 per hour and includes the following benefits: paid sick leave, paid bereavement, 401(k) pre and post-tax contributions with a company match, flexible spending accounts, commuter benefits, and employee flight training discounts.

Director of Maintenance

We are currently seeking a dynamic Director of Maintenance with a passion for all things aviation!

The Director of Maintenance is directly responsible for promoting the company’s mission, vision, and shared values as well as the management, oversight, and financial health of the maintenance department. The DOM is responsible for the creation, maintenance, and dissemination of a maintenance Standard Operating Procedures and Training Manual, customer acquisition and retention, assisting, supervising, and directing all aircraft maintenance personnel in the performance of their duties in accordance with FAA regulations and company policies and procedures. The DOM will work to create an environment where employee morale is positive, encouraging, and supportive, and will effectively be the “face” of our maintenance division.

This position is an exempt full-time role with an annual salary range of $90,000 – $110,000 and includes the following benefits:  Medical, dental and vision, paid vacations after 1 year of service, paid sick leave, paid holidays, paid bereavement, 401(k) pre and post-tax contributions with a company match, flexible spending accounts, commuter benefits, and employee flight training discounts.

**Must have a current A&P License along with an Inspector Authorization.

Airframe & Powerplant Mechanic

We are currently seeking exceptional, full-time A&P Mechanics to join our team!

Galvin Flying AMTs are responsible for the maintenance and repair of the avionics and mechanical equipment needed to make aircraft operate safely. This includes repairing, inspecting and maintaining the structural, mechanical and electronic elements of the aircraft, replacing parts, measuring wear and assessing whether parts need repair or replacement. AMTs use a wide variety of diagnostic devices, computers, hand and mechanical tools to assess and fix aircraft, and maintain aircraft standards as required by Galvin Flying policies and procedures, manufacturer guidance as well as applicable Federal Aviation Regulations. AMTs are required to work variable hours depending on operational need and may occasionally have to travel for work related operations and/or events.

This position is a non-exempt full-time role, with an hourly rate between $27.00 – $35.00, and includes the following benefits:  Medical, dental and vision, paid vacations after 1 year of service, paid sick leave, paid holidays, paid bereavement, 401(k) pre and post-tax contributions with a company match, flexible spending accounts, commuter benefits, and employee flight training discounts.

Part-Time Flight Instructor

We are currently seeking professional flight instructors interested in joining our team!

Galvin Flying’s Part-Time Flight Instructor plays a pivotal role in the safety, ground, simulator, and flight instruction of our students. They are responsible for scheduling and evaluating trainee progress and making recommendations for qualifications or additional training needs. Any applicant must show a passion for teaching, giving back, and flying.
